Companies on the 2025 Inc. Regionals lists are ranked according to their percentage revenue growth over two years, from 2021 to 2023. To qualify, these companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. Additionally, they must be based in the U.S., privately held, for-profit, and independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2023. The minimum revenue requirement is $100,000 for 2021 and $1 million for 2023. All honorees must pass Inc.’s editorial review. See our methodology.
