Crust Pizza Co., a Woodlands-based chain that serves up thin crust Chicago-style pizzas, has announced two new locations in north Houston. The first, at 30129 Rock Creek Drive in Kingwood, is slated to open in June, and the second, at 5211 FM 2920 in Spring, will open in September. The restaurant, which was founded in 2011, is known for its scratch-made dough and fresh cheese, which is shredded from the block for each pizza. The restaurant has developed a loyal following in Montgomery County, with locations in Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Montgomery, and has already expanded to cities like Katy and Lake Charles, Louisiana.
