The Woodlands-based company is planning to open another restaurant in Kyle.
Pizza lovers rejoice, a new spot to grab a hot slice of 'za is coming to the booming Texas Hill Country, but this isn't the pizza company's first venture into the I-35 corridor. The Houston-based pizza joint will be setting up shop in a busy part of town.
Crust Pizza Co. is coming to New Braunfels, according to a Crust Pizza Co. Facebook post. While the post didn't share an opening date, the new location has already begun the hiring process.
The pizza joint was expected to cost roughly $350,000, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing. The 1,763-square-foot restaurant will be located at 2955 Town Center Drive, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
Positions Crust Pizza Co. is looking to hire include cashiers/runners, kitchen staff, team leads, and managers. Prospective employees can apply here.
For those who want to grab a slice of Crust Pizza Co. before the New Braunfels location, they are going to have to drive to Katy in the Houston area. However, another location is expected to open along the I-35 corridor in Kyle at 5401 S. FM 1626.
Crust Pizza Co. has specialized in Chicago-style thin pizza crust since the shop opened in 2011. Folks can pick up appetizers like the $8 garlic knots or the $3 pepperoni rolls. They also serve six different types of pasta and four different types of sandwiches, according to the Crust Pizza Co. menu.
Guests can order a 10-inch pizza for $11 or 14-inch pizzas for $19. While people can customize their pizzas, they have options like "The Big Cheesy" which has mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino romano, cheddar, gouda, and smoked mozzarella, or "Big Don's" which is topped with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, pork sausage, salami, beef, crispy bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese.
