“It’s not going to be done in five minutes but on our busier days it will take between 15 and 20 minutes, and its worth the wait and I think our customers would agree,” she said.
The company uses only locally-sourced ingredients to toss onto a Chicago thin crust, which results in a guilt-free pizza experience because it is lighter, and not greasy, Litchauer said.
The League City restaurant has four draft beers and more than 10 bottled beers on the drink menu. The location also offers more than 12 signature pizzas, including everything from a Jamaican sauce jerk pizza called The Jerk and a Thai-influenced pizza to the Mr. Potato Head, which is topped with potato slices and alfredo sauce.
Crust Pizza pies come in three different sizes: from 10-inch individual pies and 14-inch pizzas to the extra-large 16-inch pies. The kitchen also serves pastas, calzones, flatbreads, and salads.
Menu items are adaptable to any appetite and tolerance level, including customized orders for customers with allergies, including a house cauliflower crust.
Crust Pizza League City has daily specials, including Tuesdays where kids eat free and Thirsty Thursdays where beers are half-price all day.
Established in the Woodlands in 2011, the company has branched out across Texas and Louisiana in 2019 and is expected to open seven new locations, Litchauer said.
The League City location employs 30 people.
Crust Pizza has over 20 Houston area locations, including in Pearland, Spring, Katy, and the Heights.
