“At Crust, the product speaks for itself,” said CEO Carl Comeaux. “We don't cut any corners. We make our dough fresh every day, every two to three hours. Our cheese comes in big blocks and we shred that daily. All our produce is fresh. A lot of our meats we slice daily. The quality of ingredients really, really stands out in our pizza.” 

A Menu That Offers Something for Everyone
In addition to a lineup of exceptional pizzas, Crust Pizza Co. offers a wide range of menu options to cater to all tastes. From fresh salads and flatbreads to appetizers and calzones, there is something for everyone. The menu, which once had over 60 items, has been streamlined to around 35 items, making it more efficient while still offering variety.

Additionally, Crust Pizza Co. ensures consistent quality by using special pizza ovens, which provide a uniform cook every time. This method, combined with fresh ingredients, results in a pizza that is both delicious and reliable.

“You can taste the freshness in our products — and we have something for everyone,” said Comeaux. 

Despite the high quality of ingredients and the upscale dining experience, Crust Pizza Co. maintains an affordable price point. The average ticket is around $26, which is increasingly rare, even among quick-service restaurants.

“We have a great price point,” said Comeaux. “A family can eat for $30 - $35. You can’t get that anywhere anymore.”

Crust Pizza Co. redefines the pizza dining experience with its inviting and modern ambiance. The open ceilings, dim lighting and tasteful décor create a cozy yet upscale atmosphere. Whether you’re bringing the family for a casual dinner or planning a date night, Crust provides a perfect setting.

“We wanted to create a place that feels both upscale and cozy,” Comeaux said. “It's a great place to bring your kids after a ballgame or to have a date night. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion.”

The dining area offers comfortable seating and a layout that suits both casual meals and special occasions. Families will especially appreciate the thoughtful design elements like patios with string lights and turf areas where kids can play while parents relax. Meanwhile, business professionals can sit and enjoy the incredible "Pick 2 for $10" lunch special, featuring options like a small pizza and salad with a beverage or half a sandwich and small salad with a drink.

Unlike many quick-service pizza places, Crust Pizza Co. combines the efficiency of counter service with the attentiveness of a full-service restaurant. After ordering at the counter, customers can relax as their food is brought to their table on real plates with real silverware. This model blends the best of both worlds, providing convenience without sacrificing the dining experience.

“We pride ourselves in customer service and delivering great pies,” said Comeaux. “And the only way we do that is we have to have leaders that aren’t in office. Our leaders are on the floor 90% of the time. They’re not stuck in an office. That’s important because, if we think about sports, they’re a team quarterback that’s out there on the field.”

“We want to be known not just as a franchise brand but as a local business that gives back to the community,” Comeaux said. “We do promotions such as Spirit Nights — where 15% of sales go back to local schools or charities — and we have special deals like Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays and Half-Off Wine on Wednesdays.” 

This focus on community involvement helps to create a strong connection between Crust Pizza and its customers. 

“We’re big into the community, and we want to create WOW experiences for our guests,” said Comeaux. “It's all about making a positive impact and being a part of the community.”

“Everyone loves pizza — most people eat pizza at least once a month,” Comeaux said. “For our customers, it's once a week or once every other week. It brings people together. It creates great memories.”
